Port #1 Acquisition &
Tank Farm Refurbishment

TREE is in the Acquisition & Tank Farm Refurbishment phase of its first port, which will be completed in 2023 as part of its Pre-Construction planning phase which will be led by Burns & McDonnell. At the completion of this phase, determination of the amount, sizes, ratio and costs of tanks and respective construction time-lines  and schedules will be complete.

Engineering & Construction Design

The Engineering Design phase will be supervised by Burns & McDonnell and will be completed by Bechtel.

This phase will determine all aspects of construction planning, design and execution of the tank city.

ABOUT TREE

The Roosevelt Energy Exchange (TREE) is a project that is slated for a 10 year build-out, $55 billion in investment and over 20,000 jobs planned beginning in Q1 2024.

The TREE Project is concentrated mainly in Puerto Rico, with one other port site under contract in the USVI.

TREE will rival that of the port of Rotterdam as the world's largest petrochemical tank farm facility for refined fuel product.

The current plan is the expansion of the existing capacity of 160 fuel tanks of storage (various sizes - from 5,000 to 500,000 barrel tanks) for the construction of an additional 200 tanks, in phase 1, that will expand the site to 75 million barrels. With approximately 15 million barrels of storage currently existing in the first targeted port, once completed, TREE would own over 200 million barrels of storage over a 10-year construction period, from which its brand, "FūelBank™" would embark of the physical trade of various fuel types, inclusive of gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, jet fuel, LNG, LPG and biofuels.

Most importantly, TREE has planned & budgeted for the building of both pyrolysis and thermal (gasification) technology refining plants that would take tires and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and convert both feed stocks into clean burning, 0-sulphur, 0-carbon biofuels.

FūelBank™ has access to thousands of physical fuel traders via its partner, TradEx and using the fuel stored at TREE facilities, we can use this network of traders to physically trade fuel, globally taking advantage of our prime location in the middle of the trans-shipment corridors between North American, Caribbean, South America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will initiate operations utilizing existing tank infrastructure to store and distribute refined fuel product to the CARICOM region and Central / South America & Canada.

As our modular refinery processing units are built and come online, we will take landfill (garbage) from Puerto Rico and surrounding CARICOM nations and via our processors, convert the garbage into zero-to-low sulfur fuels with zero to low carbon emissions and no sulfur by-product via our biofuels - biogas, biodiesel and biojet fuels.

WHO WE WILL SELL TO

We will sell our biofuels to regional countries, more specifically, to be used in the power generation and transportation sectors: cars, trucks, trains, ships, airplanes, powerplants.

This revolutionary green approach will clean up the environment by reducing / eliminating landfill waste and reducing replacement costs by transportation manufacturers who will no longer need to convert their plants (costing billions of dollars and millions of jobs) to manufacture electric engines, but can keep combustion engines that will burn clean-fuels with no carbon emissions.
