Our Purpose
The TREE Statement of Purpose is to responsibly source and produce fuels that advance everyday life and do not affect the planet negatively.
We do so through our strategy of sustainable growth in shareholder ROI while maintaining a strong investment grade rating and acting as a responsible fuels’ distributor / operator and physical exchange. We fulfill our Purpose and deliver on our strategy in a manner that reflects our Values of wellbeing, honor, accountability, sincerity and entrepreneurial advancement.
Our Values
Our Values reflect our Purpose, our corporate goals, social responsibility and the beliefs by which we conduct ourselves and carry out our business activities. They define what it means to work at TREE, regardless of location or role. They are the fundamental basis of our sustainability management system along with our Code of Conduct and our corporate policies.
Wellbeing - We never give concession on the safety & wellbeing of or staff, customers or partners. We foster an environment to look out for one each other and stop work if it's not safe.
Honor - We must always have the courage to do what's right, even when it’s hard. Do what you say and treat each other fairly, with respect, that’s our motto.
Accountability - We take responsibility for our actions. We talk and listen to others to understand what they expect from us. We work to improve our commercial, social and environmental performance.
Sincerity - Operate in honesty and be forthright, communicate effectively and with sincerity. If we push ourselves to improve by sharing information and encouraging dialogue and feedback, we will succeed.
